52 Day's to the Boston Marathon
Took a little down time...if it’s not one thing after-another and I hate complaining ...good news is no more foot problems and last week was a great week…it’s the first week in a while I made all my schedule runs and strength training program!! Bad news.....this week I have a sinus infection!!! @#!$%$!! I took Monday and Tuesday to recuperate, Wednesday I ran three miles which was like running a marathon…dead legs…breathing heaving, gasping for air, if anything good came out of this it prepared me mentally for the last few miles of the marathon!! On Wednesday I pushed myself to run 5 miles. Today, I’m feeling better and planning to run 18 miles with the DFMC group out of Waltham on Saturday. Anyway that’s my spiel!! Have a great weekend!!
