110 Day's to the 110th Boston Marathon

Hope everyone had a great Christmas, I know my Cousin Jennifer and her husband Rick Nelson did, by welcoming their new bundle of joy to the world, congratulations!!

Typical New England weather warm to extremely cold, Sunday was a beautiful day and I managed to squeeze in an eight mile run while the children were napping! On Tuesday, I did a four mile tempo run and today is a rest day; I may try to add some stretching and strength training to my weekly routine but I haven't found the time or energy. I've been doing my long runs mid-week, so tomorrow I will aim for ten miles; this leave's me flexible for the weekends!!

I mentioned in my first blogg a women that was at my table at the DFMC first-timers meeting, her name is Katie Donigan and she is running for Dana-Farber in honor of her three year old daughter Hunter who was diagnosed with Leukemia in December 2003, it's a very remarkable story and she is going to be finishing her chemo in 18 days!! Please follow the link on my sidebar for the full story.

Thank you for you continued support and donations...

I run for Hope,

Ryan
